A little bit about us

Samuel Lavictoire has an extensive background in the kitchen; most recently local favorite, the Mustard Seed Market & Cafe. When Sams partner Kassandra began traveling around the country, she felt inspired by casual eatery concepts with fresh ideas. With the opening of the Northside Marketplace development in the Northside District of Akron, OH; the time had come and NOMZ was born!

Now working in a 163 sqft galley style kitchen with made from scratch seasonal menus, and locally sourced ingredients. We’re able to work with the finest ingredients, within their season to provide the highest quality product.
